Welcome
The Signal Processing and Communications (SPC) affinity
group at the University of Texas at El Paso is a group
of Electrical and Computer Engineering students, both
undergraduate and graduate, which share a technical |

| interest in Digital Signal and Image
Processing, Communications Systems, Computer Vision,
etc. This group has been developed under the sponsorship
of the Texas Instruments Foundation as well as the Computer
and Information Sciences and Engineering (CISE) Directorate
at the National Science Foundation (NSF) as part of
a program to develop a model for effective groups of
students and faculty that interact outside of the classroom
